I really enjoy hearing about the herbs and the way I can incorporate them in my life. Love knowing about the various teas I can use.

I’ve started making time on my break at work to go to the kitchen and make myself a cup of herbal tea. I didn’t know herbal teas could be so nourishing. It’s a small step but I’m starting to feel better just by doing that instead of ploughing on right through my breaks.

I’ve tried to do things like this in the past but having a clear structure makes all the difference!
